Returns - what are the conditions?

Should you not be completely happy with your purchase (maybe due to a flaw in the print), then we’ll be glad to take it back and reimburse you or send you a new item.

We also promise you:

We’ll take any product back - including those that do not show visible flaws - if you return them within 30 days of receiving the order. You can exchange them or receive a voucher towards your next order. Just contact our service team if you should wish to do this.

Every order with TeamShirts consists of uniquely customised items manufactured by hand. This is what distinguishes us from conventional mail order companies. Returned goods can not just be put back on stock and sold to the next customer. What comes back goes out to clothes donation.

Please help us reduce returns by e.g. avoiding typos when adding text. You can also place test orders and show these to your team first. And if you should be unsure about which size you should order, we’ll be glad to send you an unprinted sample.

If you have ordered with TeamShirts, you have a right of withdrawal independent of the exchange and return policies mentioned before. You can find more information in our Terms & Conditions §8 “Information about the right of withdrawal for consumer”.
