All our products are handmade. Our staff in production will try their best to process your order in a mere few days. Due to unforeseeable peak times in production and varying forwarding times, we are only able to predict an estimated delivery date. If you’re running out of time, you’d be best off ordering express. Please call if you need more information!

We are happy to reimburse any additional costs that may arise due to customs and fees! A short message to our Customer Service is sufficient. Please include the invoice so we have proof of the amount paid. Note: Customs duties may only arise for orders of 135 GBP or more.
