Digital Direct
Digital printing: In this procedure, the printing ink is sprayed directly onto the garment and made durable with fixative. Compared to digital transfer, this makes the design feel softer and more comfortable to wear.
Flex Printing
Flex printing: This is a printing technique that cuts out the design from smooth, coloured foils before it is welded onto the desired product. The inks are bright, slightly shiny, and have a high contrast. Tests have shown that the shape and colour brilliance of the print hardly changes, even after washing it over 100 times.
Polyester Printing
Polyester printing: The latest-generation printers can process polyprints to get the best out of multicolour prints on breathable polyester fabrics for sports. During this printing procedure, the ink is preserved and sealed on the product by way of special ionisation. This makes the print particularly durable, wash-resistant, and hard-wearing.
Embroidery
Embroidery: When embroidering graphics or text, we still work with needle and thread. Using real thread makes this refinement technique extremely durable to make sure it can be washed at hot temperatures.

Company response was quick and (provided on their promise to meet the deadline they set) I am happy with the outcome. That said, I am not sure that I will use this company in the future because it appears that the previous owner has been bought out by a larger company. This explains the disingenuous description of the item as being 5xl when it was (at best) 3xl (despite being described on the product label as 4xl). I understand that body types and descriptions vary from region to region but THIS WAS THE SAME COMPANY AND SHOULD HAVE ISSUED A DISCLAIMER OR CLARIFICATION OF THE “NEW” SIZE DESIGNATION.

The shirts I ordered were 5xl, but the ones delivered were notably smaller than previous 5xl shirts
The shirts I ordered were 5xl - this was a size I have consistently ordered from Spreadshirt in the past. I am happy with the previous size specification. However, the 5xl I received were notably smaller than previously and I can only deduce that the previous shirts were 5xl (USA spec), because the ones delivered were too tight for me to feel comfortable in. The shirts I bought before still fit comfortably but I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANY MORE SHIRTS, or HOODIES IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE THE LAST ORDER WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY

Not too happy with my order
It was quite difficult to work my way around the website to design the T shirt. The sizing is also on the small side. I ordered a 9-10 with the recipient just 9, as it was his birthday, a very slight boy but very much on the small side.
