The design I sent in was transferred perfectly to a good quality t shirt of just the right size. The design was done by my 9 year old daughter and I didn't tell her I was getting a t shirt made. When she saw it, her face lit up. It arrived quickly, too.

Sent me the incorrect size which was to be a Christmas present for my grandson. Had to purchase another present for him as the replacement would not have been received on time. Did get a refund for the incorrect item.
