Can I cancel or change my order?
You can always cancel your order as long as we have not started to process it. Follow this link in the order confirmation to get to the overview. Important: If the order status is “pending” or “new”, you can easily cancel the order.
Can I get a non-binding quote?
Yes, we’ll be glad to provide an offer for you. Please write us an Email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and detail your designs or ideas for designs. You can also use our inquiry form. We’ll be providing you with an offer in a matter of 1-2 business days max.
Please state the date that you think you will place the order. Our delivery calculator will then give you an estimate of when to expect the order.
What do I do if I have a design suggestion or question?
Please let us know if there’s problem and we’ll help you fix the issue as quickly as possible. We can answer all your questions regarding product sizes, design formats and print methods.
Can I choose not to pay VAT ?
Value-added tax (VAT) is included in the displayed price for all countries inside the EU. For countries outside the EU (e.g. Norway or Switzerland), VAT is in addition to the price displayed.

What happens after I have placed my order?
To make sure that your team receives the top notch products, we take a look at every order before we put it to print. It’s important to use graphics that have the right quality and resolution. Then we choose a suitable print method. We will only make changes upon consultation with you. Please indicate your telephone number to speed up proceedings, or otherwise keep checking your email for updates.
Which printing methods do we use?
In order to achieve the best possible results in terms of printing quality, we select the most suitable printing technique according to the selected designs and products. Manually configurating your printing technique is therefore not part of the creation process. We however welcome all your enquiries and requests regarding techniques to be used. Should you rather have your products printed in a certain way, please inform our customer service ( or 020 39661820).
What is the composition of my price?
The order price is calculated by adding the product price and the number of design areas (front, back, sleeves, etc.). We charge a fixed printing price per side. It doesn't matter how many colors and designs you use or whether you personalize each item with names & numbers. For elaborate processes such as embroidery, there are one-time additional costs for preparation. Standard shipping is free for all orders. How does the quantity discount work? We offer a quantity discount on orders containing 6 items or more. The principle is simple: the more items you buy, the cheaper it gets for you. Both the price of the products and the finishing costs are discounted.
Returns - what are the conditions?
Should you not be completely happy with your purchase (maybe due to a flaw in the print), then we’ll be glad to take it back and reimburse you or send you a new item.
Can I get a sample?
Sure. You can get (unprinted) samples in the sizes you need. Get in touch with our customer service for more information or just send us an Email.

We recently became aware that an unauthorized third party may have gained access to parts of our platform. We took immediate steps to protect our data from this attack and are actively investigating this issue. Our business operations were not affected by this incident and all systems are running normally.
Do I need to pay for delivery?

Adjust design size to product size
Vector graphics consist of lines, circles and curves, which means that enlarging or decreasing their size can be carried out without quality loss. Several software programmes help you create vector graphics, e.g. Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape. <br/>Please be sure to heed the advise below when creating them. Once you’ve uploaded your design, we will run an automatic check to see whether it meets our criteria. We may need to make minor changes. For example, we adjust parts of the design which are too small to print on a T-shirt. In case automatic changes aren’t possible, it will be pointed out when uploading. That’s not a problem, though. In this case, please refer your Design ID to our Customer Service. <br/>Our graphic designers make your designs fit for free.
